Our 30 day warranty:

We offer all the products with a free replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective:

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item:

 please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

NOTE:
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@avokart.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Returns and Refunds:

Our replacement warranty policy stands for 30 days. In the event that 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

So as to get your refund please pursue the means beneath:

Items can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.  Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund whatsoever.

Before returning the product please email us at support@avokart.com with reason and appropriate picture or video evidence to support your reason. Once we approve your return request, you will receive the return confirmation number and the closest warehouse address where you can ship the product you want to return.

Please use a shipping service which offers a tracking number. Send us the tracking number and website service for tracking the package. Once we receive the package and upon returned product inspection, we will initiate your refund. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used for making the original order.

Note: Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for return shipping charges. In case you are sending this package to an international warehouse please return the item back as a gift as we don’t cover custom fees for returns. we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages in transit when you return the products.

There are certain situations when only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

Any returned product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item which is returned more than 20 days after delivery.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, personal hygiene product, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges (if product is applicable for exchange):
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged as per our replacement warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at: support@avokart.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotion items cannot be refunded.

Would I Be able to Cancel my order after it has been placed?:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed or dispatched. In the event that you drop your request for order cancellation Before it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged 20% wiping out expense to cover restocking expenses and the charges levied on us for refunds by the payment processing companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items:- this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value products at AVOKART.COM. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before making an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally order agreement binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Late or missing refund (if applicable):

On the off chance that you haven’t got a refund received yet, you should first check bank balance once more.

At that point contact your credit card company (payment processing company), it might take some time before your refund is authoritatively reflected in your bank account. 

Next contact your bank. ideally give it around 7-10 days. There is some refund processing time before a refund is reflected back in your bank account.
