Tell me more about Free shipping and Priority shipping?
All the products purchased from Avokart.com are shipped free without any additional cost to USA based customers. Free shipping is available only in a few countries you can check the list here.

Priority shipping is ideal for those customers those who are in a rush to get the products. Please keep in mind that it may cost you a bit more money.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
On the off chance that you have a multi-item purchase, every item might be delivered from an alternate global distribution center, contingent upon which one has them accessible the quickest. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic and international warehouses and every effort is made to deliver it as fast as possible. Order delivery to other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance and customs. What should I do if it has been more than 6 weeks since I placed an order?
We are really sorry that it happened to you. Postal service is out of our control. we apologies. If it is not a trouble for you, please contact us at support@avokart.com to help you track your order. If there is any mistake from our side in delivering the order at the wrong address we will refund you the money without a single question asked.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
In case the package is not able to reach to your destination please don’t worry. There might be many reasons for such inconvenience including shipping issues, wrong address shipping, etc. we are really sorry for this trouble as shipping services are out of our control. All the orders sent to you are already insured which means that all the undeliverable products are received back in our warehouses. We will send a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please get in touch with our support team at support@avokart.com if such a thing happens to you.

What about Custom charge and taxes?
All the products are priced without any tax consideration as tax-free in USD. It means that the customer who made the purchase may be responsible for duties and taxes once that order is received on the customer side. Import taxes, duties and related custom charges may be levied once it arrives at its ordered destination. The assessment of all charges is made by the local customs office. Payment of all these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer who placed the order and will not be covered by AVOKART.COM.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in that country.
